1. Digital Product Delivery
All products available on DigitalShelf are intangible digital goods. Upon successful payment verification via Stripe, your files will be generated instantly and dispatched directly to the email address you provided. Since the delivery is automated, please double-check your email accuracy before checking out.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (which are downloadable and irrevocable once sent), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product download links have been delivered to your inbox. If you encounter any corrupted files or technical issues with your download, please reach out to our support immediately.
3. License and Usage
When you buy an asset from DigitalShelf (such as UI kits, templates, code, or design components), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for both personal and commercial projects. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or sharing the raw source files on any other public marketplace.
4. Accountability & Hosting
DigitalShelf utilizes an independent deployment model. While we strive to maintain 100% uptime for file delivery infrastructures, we are not responsible for any issues resulting from user-side connectivity, email delivery blockages (such as spam filters), or minor regional gateway disruptions.
5. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these operational terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our platform and browse our digital assets after changes are made, you formally acknowledge and accept the updated Terms of Service.
